The pattern is described as 'Miss Helyett' Blouse - 'Miss Helyett' was an operetta from 1891, but I cannot find any reference if this was actually a costume from the operetta. Other pattern magazines have described the blouse as a Tennis Blouse or Sports Blouse

The PDF Pattern (O30725 48) has been copied exactly as published in 1893 using a CAD program and will print out FULL SIZE pattern pieces as PDFs of 11 A4 or 12 Letter pages using an ordinary printer or 1 AO page
