This listing is for a PDF Sewing Pattern of a Sailor suit for a boy 7 to 8 years old , made from an original 1895 La Mode Illustree Pattern.
The PDF Pattern (O50605 11) have been copied exactly as published in 1895 using a CAD program and will print out FULL SIZE pattern pieces as PDFs of 24 A4 or Letter pages using an ordinary printer or 2 A0 pages.
A separate file for the Pattern Instructions in FRENCH (with an internet translation into ENGLISH) is also supplied.
Expert knowledge of sewing historical garments will be required, as the original pattern does not include seam allowances, and gives only basic instructions for the garment construction.
