This listing is for a PDF Sewing Pattern for a Touring Costume: Jacket, Waistcoat and Skirt; made from an original 1896 La Mode Illustrée pattern. 

The PDF Pattern (O60530 26) has been copied exactly as published in 1896 using a CAD program and will print out FULL SIZE pattern pieces as PDFs of 56 A4 or 54 Letter pages using an ordinary printer or  4 A0 pages

A separate file for the Pattern Instructions in FRENCH (with an internet translation to ENGLISH) is also supplied.

Expert knowledge of sewing garments will be required, as the original pattern does not include seam allowances, and gives only very basic instructions for the complex garment construction.

Fabric required: 7.5m of cheviotte in 1.2m width, 40cm of sheet, 11m of braids
