This listing is for a PDF Sewing Pattern for a Wedding Dress or an elegant Afternoon Dress,  made from an original 1940 Pattern. The garment size is stated as fitting a 96 cm bust 

There are two options for this model with the fashionable bodice line and the rowed front sections, as our illustrations show  The wedding dress can be made from any silk crepe, the afternoon dress from artificial silk or woollen fabric  Required 5.9m 90cm width

The PDF Pattern (F00701 102) has been copied exactly as published in 1940 using a CAD program and will print out FULL SIZE pattern pieces as a PDF of  32 A4 or 35 Letter pages using an ordinary printer or 2 A0 pages. Some bodice pieces have been placed over the skirt pieces to reduce the amount of printing.

A separate file for the Pattern Instructions in GERMAN (with Internet translation into ENGLISH) as published in 1940 is also supplied.

Expert knowledge of sewing garments will be required, as the original pattern does not include seam allowances, and gives only basic instructions for the garment construction.
